About the role:
As a Clinical Nurse, you will be working collaboratively within the leadership team within a medium sized RACF. You will play a key role in the leadership team supporting the residential service.
Alongside your leadership abilities you will support and guide clinical and care staff to facilitate quality care to ensure residents needs are met and promote a quality of life with a resident focus and maintained in line with the Aged Care standards.
As a team player you will have the flexibility to work with your clinical team on the floor, supporting with resident needs and staffing levels.
