The role

Working full time/part time as a Registered Nurse in their residential facility located in Illawarra region, NSW. You will be a motivated individual, who can lead and work in a multi-disciplinary team, ensuring that residents are receiving quality day-to-day care. You will be familiar with safe work practices and knowledge of relevant legislation to Aged Care Services.

Summary of duties:

• Providing leadership and support to your team
• Provide high standards of documentation and clinical care to residents
• Undertake resident assessments
• Ensure compliance and safety expectations are met
• Maintaining organisation & prioritisation throughout the day
• Demonstrating COVID-19 practices when required

Skills and Requirements:

• Current Registered Nurse AHPRA Registration
• Experience working as a Registered Nurse within the aged care sector will be highly regarded
• Demonstrated written, oral communication and interpersonal skills
• Computer literacy to intermediate level
• Clinical leadership skills and knowledge
