16 - 27 May OR 16 May - 4 June (2 or 3 weeks)

Rate:
Rate is $9,000 per week + GST
Working week:
Sundays : on call only
Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday : 8.00am - 6.00pm
Tuesday 10am - 8pm
Saturday - 8am - 12pm
On call component: Dr is required to carry and answer the mobile phone that is linked to the call outs for the mine
Travel and Accommodation details: Travel, accommodation and car provided by the centre
Travel: Omega Medical to book
Pay Rate: Weekly rate of $9,000 + GST per assignment
