The Role:
As an experienced Facility Manager, you will be supported by the wider leadership team in providing day to day operational & clinical direction, motivation & continuous development to your team members.
As a key member of the leadership team, you will have the ability to establish & build effective relationships ensuring that residents have a connection within the local community and have the confidence that they are included within their daily living & clinical care needs.
Alongside your clinical insight you will also have excellent operational & financial acumen with the ability to ensure KPI’s, accreditation standards and quality indicators are met in line with industry guidelines.
