The Role:
As an experienced Clinical Care Manager or Clinical Nurse Manager, you will be working alongside the Residential Manager and the wider leadership team to provide clinical direction, motivation & continuous development to your team members.

Alongside your leadership abilities you will easily establish & build effective relationships to ensure that residents & their families are involved within care planning, goal setting & daily living.

Having a strong understanding of industry standards & clinical indicators you will ensure that all staff are educated & delivering each standard on a daily basis.

Working within a Large Residential Aged Care facility you will be supported with another Care Manager, support teams, 24/7 Registered Nurses and relief teams to ensure that resident centered care is always at focus.

Summary of Duties:

• Provide clinical guidance to residents & care staff
• Undertake resident assessments & case conferencing
• Accurate completion of relevant documentation
• Review & update resident documentation
• Motivation, training & development of clinical team members
• Ensure compliance & quality indicators are met

 

 

Skills & Experience

• AHPRA Registered Nurse Registration
• Proven Aged Care leadership capabilities within a team
• Understanding & working knowledge of ACFI processes
• Ability to identify & improve areas for improvement
•  Accreditation knowledge & experience
• Consultative & effective communication skills
