A unique opportunity for an experienced Clinical Nurse to work within a value -driven organization. You will be working closely within the leadership team in a multisite capacity to ensure care and clinical team members are delivering care services in line with industry standards and strategic objectives.
About the role:
As a Clinical Nurse, you will be working collaboratively within the leadership team within a leading Aged Care organization. You will play a key role in the leadership team supporting the residential service.
Alongside your leadership abilities you will support and guide clinical and care staff to facilitate quality care to ensure residents needs are met and promote a quality of life with a resident focus and maintained in line with the Aged Care standards.
As a team player you will have the flexibility to work with your clinical team on the floor, supporting with resident needs and staffing levels.
