The role:

As a Clinical Quality Manager, you will be working closely within the leadership team to support the provider & multiple facilities within the South-West Slopes region of New South Wales.

You will provide daily guidance and support across the services surrounding the achievement of accreditation standards and quality processes with a strategic and clinical focus.

You will review, develop, and implement improvements within the service delivery, to ensure resident care needs are achieved in line with current standards, with the ability to ensure all facilities are always accreditation ready.

Summary of Duties:

• Ensure compliance & quality indicators are met
• Monitor compliance of WHS legislation
• Manage budgetary requirements of the facility
• Provide operational oversight to Facility Management Teams & staff
• Optimize Government funding through regular reviews of care delivery
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders

Qualifications:

• Aged care accreditation knowledge & experience
• Understanding of WHS & risk management
• APHRA Registered Nurse

Skills & Experience:

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience as a Registered Nurse within the Aged Care or Community Care sector
• Strong interpersonal & written communication skills
• Consultative & effective communication skills
