About the Role:

You will manage the day-to-day responsibilities of the team. You will also provide leadership and clinical direction to the team leaders. In addition, you will work with a small caseload relevant to your discipline. You will be provided with the autonomy to lead the clinical functioning of the team.

 

Main Duties:

• Working with NDIS across a range of settings (home sessions, in-clinic)
• Manage an allied health team made up of: 3 Occupational Therapists, 1 Developmental Educator and 1 Speech Pathologist.

• Attend meetings with Allied Health Professionals from the clinic.
• Review functional capacity reports (e.g., OT reports).
• Develop policies within the clinical space to help grow the clinical functioning of the organization.
• Provide leadership support with clinical staff day-to-day management

 

Skills and Experience:

• Tertiary Qualifications in an allied health discipline (e.g., Speech Pathology, Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy, Psychology, Podiatry, etc.,).
• Leadership experience (desirable).
• Ideally 3+ years of professional experience within your field of expertise.
• AHPRA or SPA Registration
• Current Driver’s License
• Working With Children’s Check
• First Aid and CPR Certificate
• National Police Check
• Covid-19 Vaccination
