About the company:

A unique opportunity for an experienced Clinical Nurse who has or is working towards their Cert IV in training & assessment to work within a value -driven organization.

You will be working closely within the leadership team in a multi site capacity to ensure care and clinical team members are delivering care services in line with industry standards and strategic objectives

About the role:

As a Clinical Educator, you will work closely within the leadership team to provide support and on the job mentorship to care and clinical staff in line with the organization’s strategic objectives across their Adelaide services.

Holding an excellent understanding of industry standards & clinical indicators you will ensure that all staff are educated & supported in delivering care needs, with the ability to highlight any areas of improvements.

Having a collaborative communication style, you will easily build relationships with staff, leadership teams and wider networks as a trusted advisor to the residential leadership teams.

Summary of Duties:

• Provide clinical guidance to staff surrounding client care needs
• Motivation, training and development of team members
• Ensure accurate completion of relevant documentation and data
• Ensure compliance & quality indicators are met

Skills and Experience:

• APHRA registered Nurse registration
• Understanding of WHS and Risk Management
• Consultative and effective communication
• Aged Care accreditation knowledge and experience
• Delivery of toolbox education sessions and formal education
• Cert IV in Training & Assessment or working towards one
