General Practitioner locum

A General Practitioner locum is required to assist at this clinic in North Queensland, near Mission Beach. 

2022 Dates:

 

• 5 - 22 April 2022 - GP holiday leave cover
• Ongoing locum placements also available eg. minimum 8 weeks 

 

Details: 

·  $1200 per day + GST 

·  Accommodation, car and travel provided 

 

The role:

This medical centre has 2 permanent GPs, 2 part time registrars, and GP Obstetrician that work at the clinic 2 days a week, and delivers babies at the hospital on her other days.  

There are 5 nursing staff available, and they use Best Practice software.  

The clinic is open Monday to Friday 7am - 6pm and also over the weekend - it would be helpful if you are open to considering shift times, if not standard clinic hours will work.  

The Location: 

This twon is located in close proximity MIssion Beach, and also to the beautiful Orpheus Island and Hichinbrook Island. 

The population of the town is around 4,000 people
