About the Role 

My client is looking for passionate and dedicated Occupational Therapists and Speech Therapists and Physiotherapists on a Full Time and Part Time basis, all over Queensland including Toowoomba, Rockhampton, Yeppoon, Cairns, Sunshine Coast and Gold Coast that have a positive mindset and gain satisfaction in changing people's lives. 

 

Summary of Duties

•  Provide client-driven, evidence-based therapy services to clients in their home and community environments, focusing on their personal goal attainment.
•  Managing your day-to-day client activities to support positive outcomes for clients and their families. 
•  Provide therapy services either individually or as a part of an interdisciplinary team. 
•  Liaise with other health professionals, NDIA- related entities, family members, educational staff, and community members, to provide tailored plans to support each person's individual needs.  
•  Fulfill administrative requirements, including record keeping, timely and high-quality reports, billing, and invoicing 

 

Skills and Experience 

• Relevant tertiary qualification
• Eligible for registration with the appropriate board i.e., AHPRA / SPA / ESSA
• Demonstrated capacity to work in a multidisciplinary team 
• Demonstrated time management capabilities and experience in managing a caseload 
• Excellent communication and rapport building skills 
• Willing to complete a national criminal record and working with children check
• Current and unrestricted driver’s license with access to own vehicle
