About the Role:

As a Documentation specialist you will be working collaboratively within the aged care facility supporting with the assessments and reviews of resident ACFI assessments, ensuring maximization of funding is achieved to reflect resident care needs on a part time basis.

Having previous experience with end-to-end ACFI processes, you will have the ability to support and educate care team members surrounding the accurate completion of documentation and the ACFI process.

As a team player you will have the flexibility to work within the clinical team on the floor and display your supportive leadership capabilities with resident needs and continuous development.

Summary of Duties:

  • Preparation, assessment, review and submission of ACFI claims
  • Ensure maximisation of ACFI funding reflecting resident care needs
  • Accurate completion of relevant documentation
  • Review & update resident documentation
  • Training & development of clinical team members

 

Skills & Experience:

  • AHPRA Registered Nurse registration
  • Experience with end to end ACFI process
  • Ability to identify, review and maximise ACFI claims
