About the role

As a result to my client's rapid growth, they are looking for both graduate and experienced Occupational Therapists and Speech Pathologists to join their teams across Melbourne, Brisbane, Perth. The company is looking for people that are independent, resilient, ability to build great rapport, clear and effective communication.  All staff are provided with extensive training from a supportive multi-disciplinary team, who believe in a high quality and evidence-based therapy that makes a real impact. 

 

Summary of Duties 

• Work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team
• Develop and implement effective therapy and rehabilitation programs to assist your clients in working toward their individual goals
• Produce quality reports for submission to funding bodies
• Adhere to clinical guidelines and implement evidence-based practices tailored to each client’s needs to ensure the provision of quality services
• Establishing meaningful relationships with a variety of stakeholders and be able to demonstrate and validate repeat referral sources

 

Skills and Experience 

• Relevant tertiaty education 
• AHPRA / SPA  Registration
• NDIS experience and understanding is highly preferable however as long as you have clinical experience, this is key
• A high level of written and verbal communication skills, particularly in advocacy, mediation, negotiation and conflict resolution
• Current driver's licence and registered vehicle
• Working rights within Australia
• NDIS Worker Check
