About the client:
Our client is a highly established NFP organisation with over 100 established sites throughout NSW and the ACT. Our client services over 6000 people with disabilities with its workforce composed of over 2500 employees.
The role:
Reporting directly to the Senior Regional Manager you will be responsible for maintaining a high standard of service delivery with a team of allied health staff based out their Canberra site.
You will be responsible for implementing operational business plans that aid in the achievement: performance targets; the maintenance of strong relationships with key stakeholders; being able to assist with the growth and sustainability of the organisation.
To assist in facilitating this, you will receive training and support to help you with fulfilling your day-to-day activities. This is a perfect opportunity for those currently in a Team Leader or senior allied health position to be able to get their foot in the door with senior management.
