About the role
My client are looking for Speech Pathologists and Occupational Therapists to join the teams all across Victoria, Queensland, Perth. The company is easy going and embraces a supportive and positive working culture, allowing for their staff to develop and progress with their career aspirations.
Summary of Duties
- Prepare full, accurate and timely reports that celebrate our participants achievements and the supports they need to continue towards their goals.
- Evaluate progress and outcomes, by using person centric tools, functional observations and collaborate with participants, family and other key stakeholders.
- Grow your skills supporting people by regularly engaging in mentoring and coaching.
- Meet the responsibilities of your role including positive outcomes with participants, contributions to the team and meeting key performance indicators.
- Passion with supporting our NDIS participants on their lifelong journey
Skills and Experience
- Relevant Tertiary Qualifications in required Allied Health discipline
- Currently registered with either AHPRA or SPA
- Able to obtain an NDIS Worker Screening Check
- Support people under a social model of disability
- Covid 19 Vaccination
