About the Company:

Our client is looking for new grad and senior speech pathologists to join their allied health team in Western Sydney. They are a not-for-profit provider that offer multidisciplinary services to promote independence. Our client values putting patients and their families first through collaborative decision making with service design and delivery. In doing so, this empowers community members to live life to their fullest.

 

About the Role

You primarily work with children alongside other allied health professionals. The way in which you will deliver your service will be highly flexible, meaning it may be administered through telehealth, in-mobile or in-clinic.

 

Summary of Duties:

  • Formulate treatment plans using relevant theoretical and conceptual models.
  • Administer EBTs, monitor treatment outcomes and administer a risk management plan when necessary.
  • Work in collaboration with the Practice Lead to ensure a high standard of service delivery.
  • Maintain accurate, up-to-date, and confidential records.
  • Tailor treatment programs to ensure strong social connection, engagement and appropriate intervention delivery.

 

Skills and Experience:

  • Tertiary Qualifications in Speech Pathology/Occupational Therapy 
  • SPA or AHPRA membership
  • Current Driver’s License
  • Paid Children’s Check
  • First Aid and CPR Certificate
  • National Police Check
  • Covid-19 Vaccination
