The role
As a Regional Manager, you will be supporting various aged care facilities with the day to day operational & clinical direction of each service providing leadership to your facility management team, offering solutions & guidance to promote autonomy with each manager to ensure the success of each service.
You will have the ability to establish & build effective relationships within your teams ensuring that residents have a connection within the local community and have the confidence that they are included within their daily living & clinical care needs.
Alongside your clinical insight you will also have excellent operational & financial acumen with the ability to ensure KPI’s, accreditation standards and quality indicators are met in line with industry guidelines.
Summary of Duties
Provide operational & clinical direction within each service
Ensure occupancy levels are met & maintained
Ensure KPI’s, budgets and financial goals are achieved.
Staff leadership, mentoring & development

Ensure compliance & quality indicators are met
Skills and Experience
AHPRA Registered Nurse registration
Previous experience within multisite leadership
Accreditation knowledge & experience
Understanding & working knowledge of ACFI processes
Experience with finance, budget & occupancy management
Ability to identify & improve areas for improvement
Inclusive & open communication skills
