About the Company

My client is looking for Occupational Therapists and Physiotherapists on a Part Time and Full-Time basis to join their team in Cairns Community area and Cassowary Coast region. The company has a very supportive working culture, investing in the training and development of their staff ensuring personal development and career progression. 

About the Role

Working as part of the allied health support team, you will provide clinical guidance, advice & assessments, working with several movement conditions associated with musculoskeletal impairments, genetic conditions, and chronic disease, you will tailor your care to make a real difference in your client’s quality of life.

Summary of Duties

• Provide a high standard of flexible and responsive clinical practice. 
• Provide a holistic and integrated client care and management within the community.
• Demonstrate the ability to assess, plan, implement and evaluate care and services for clients
• Maintain accurate and confidential client records.
• Demonstrate effective interpersonal and written communication skills, including basic computer skills.

 

Skills and Experience

• Relevant Tertiary Qualifications in required Allied Health discipline
• Current AHPRA registration
• Current First Aid Certificate and Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) certificate or willingness to obtain if required.
• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to build great relationships 
• Current Australian Driver’s Licence and vehicle with comprehensive insurance
• Relevant Vaccinations (Covid 19).
