About the company:

A unique opportunity for a permanent Full-time role within a value based, NFP organization. Working within a large Aged Care service within the Tamworth region of New South Wales as you are supported by the wider management team within this leading NFP organization.

 

The Role:

As an experienced Facility Manager, you will be supported by the wider leadership team in providing day to day operational & clinical direction, motivation & continuous development to your team members.

As a key member of the leadership team, you will have the ability to establish & build effective relationships ensuring that residents have a connection within the local community and have the confidence that they are included within their daily living & clinical care needs.  

Alongside your clinical insight you will also have excellent operational & financial acumen with the ability to ensure KPI’s, accreditation standards and quality indicators are met in line with industry guidelines.  

 

Summary of Duties:

• Provide operational oversight to residents & care staff
• Ensure compliance with all accreditation standards
• HR & staffing support
• Monitor compliance of WHS legislation
• Manage budgetary requirements of the facility

 

Qualifications:

• AHPRA Registered Nurse registration
• Current First Aid Certificate

 

Skills and Experience:

• Understanding & working knowledge of ACFI processes
• Proven leadership capabilities within a team
• Experience working with & adhering to budgets
• Strong interpersonal & written communication skills
