About the role:

We are seeking an experienced speech pathologist to join the Sunshine Coast allied health community care team. You will work within an aged community members to promote the independence and wellbeing of elderly clients.

 

Summary of Duties:

• Screen and assess clients to formulate individualised care plans.
• Communicate with other multidisciplinary team members.
• Refer clients to appropriate health professionals when necessary.
• Demonstrate compassion towards clients and their families.

 

Skills and Experience:

• Tertiary qualifications in Speech Pathology
• Blue Card and NDIS Workers Screening Clearance or willingness to obtain
• An ability to use digital devices (e.g., smartphones, laptop, desktops)
• Current Driver’s License
• Aged care or NDIS sector experience (Desirable)
