About the Role
My client is looking for Occupational Therapists and Physiotherapists to join their team in the Gold Coast, Queensland on a Full-time and Part-time basis. Working as part of the allied health support team in an Aged Care Community setting, you will provide clinical guidance, advice & assessments in individual therapy sessions, ensuring care plans reflect a person-centered approach whilst promoting the independence of every client.
Summary of Duties
- Provide a high standard of flexible and responsive clinical practice
- Provide holistic and integrated client care and management within the community and residential aged care settings
- Demonstrate the ability to assess, plan, implement and evaluate care and services for clients
- Maintain accurate and confidential client records. Screening, assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and intervention programs
- Demonstrate effective interpersonal and written communication skills, including basic computer skills
Skills and Experience
- Relevant Tertiary Qualifications in required Allied Health discipline
- Current AHPRA registration
- Current First Aid Certificate and Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) certificate or willingness to obtain if required.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to build great relationships
- Experience working within a multidisciplinary team.
- Current Australian Driver’s Licence and vehicle with comprehensive insurance
- Relevant Vaccinations (Covid 19).
