The role

Work as a registered nurse in one of Australia’s most experienced and trusted nursing home facilities, located within the Murray region of NSW. Help in providing personalised clinical care to each resident within the facility.

Support other care workers within the home day to day to achieve an outstanding level of quality of clinical standards. Complete all necessary resident documentation in accordance with current standards and regulations.

You will have an interactive role within the business and be able to build positive working relationships within the home as well as a personable and individual relationship with every resident that you work with.

Various hours available across a 7 day rosta, opportunities available for permanent full or part time hours.

Summary of Duties

  • Assisting residents in their day-to-day life and adapting to the treatment of every individual resident case by case
  • Provide clinical care and assistance to residents
  • Assess residents & case conferencing
  • Accurate completion of relevant documentation
  • Analyze and renew resident documentation
  • Maintain compliance standards

Skills and Experience

  • AHPRA Registered Nurse registration
  • Previous aged care nursing experience
  • Up to date knowledge of accreditation and quality standards
  • Strong communication & interpersonal skills
  • Construct positive relationships with your team, residents, and residents’ family
