The role

Work as a registered nurse in a beautiful aged care facility, located within 20 minutes of Sydney CBD in the Eastern Suburbs. Providing personalised clinical care to each resident within the home.

Completing all necessary task's & documentation in accordance with current standards and regulations.

You will have an interactive role within the business and be able to build positive working relationships within the home as well as a personable and individual relationship with every resident that you work with.

Summary of Duties

• Provide clinical care and assistance to residents
• Assess residents & case conferencing
• Accurate completion of relevant documentation
• Analyze and renew resident documentation
• Maintain compliance standards

 

Skills and Experience

• AHPRA Registered Nurse registration
• 6+ months RN experience
• Up to date knowledge of accreditation and quality standards
• Strong communication & interpersonal skills
