Due to ongoing growth with even more planned for 2022  we are in a position where we need to expand our Candidate Care/Administration Team. 

 

About the role

In the role, you will report to the Head of Administration & Finance and work within our Candidate Care/Admin Team from our Robina-based Gold Coast office.  Your focus will be to support the placement activities and logistical requirements for our team of recruitment consultants. With the main focus being on our Locum Doctor division, you will work closely with the consultants you support to ensure their doctors are fully credentialed prior to placement and that flights, accommodation and other travel arrangements are in place to get the doctor to their placement on time. Facilitating placements involves highly detailed compliance, rapidly changing travel & accommodation requirements and detailed management of timesheets & invoicing. Expect to learn a lot - and quickly - in this busy and vital role. 

 

About the person

Your Word, Excel and general technology skills will be at an advanced level as will your written and verbal communication capabilities. Previous experience with Xero or similar invoicing software is preferable. Exceptional time management skills and excellent customer service are paramount. Prioritizing and meeting deadlines will be a skill that suits this position well.

We are really looking for someone with a high level of self-motivation and drive who is able to manage a high volume of administration. This will appeal to a seasoned administrator who thrives on providing a first-class service and really wants to make a difference in the healthcare industry that we support. 

Special consideration will be given to candidates with a background in medical recruitment administration.
