A General Practitioner Locum is required to work at an Aboriginal Medical Service in one of Australia's oldest and most iconic mining towns in the outback of NSW!

The practice
The clinic has a mix of 4-5 FTE over a mix of fulltime, parttime and FIFO GPs.
AT least 3 GPs are rostered to every session but this can be up to 6 GPs at any one time. An RN is allocated to each GP. There are also additional AHPs and RNs in specialist areas (like diabetes, respiratory disease and cardiovascular disease). The clinic has a large AHP workforce in the community and clinic roster. Work hours are 8.30-5 Monday to Friday. Currently every GP has 14 x 30 min appts each day. Software used is Medical Director and PracSoft.
